Allmize Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://allmize.com/ website and related services including Allmize AI and Allmize Solution (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is intended for business use (B2B). By using the Service, you represent that you are accessing it on behalf of a company or organization and have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its related systems

When you create an account or submit a service inquiry, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at ceo@allmize.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Allmize Inc. provides the following services:
Allmize AI (SaaS Platform) A subscription-based AI marketing automation platform that includes ad performance data collection and analysis, AI-powered content generation, automated reporting, and dashboard features.
Allmize Solution (Automation Consulting) A custom automation workflow design and implementation service built on Make, n8n, RPA, and AI technologies, tailored to each client's business operations.
The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service are defined in individual service agreements or proposal documents provided to the client.

4. Fees and Payment
Fees for the Service are as stated on our pricing page at https://allmize.com/ or in the applicable service agreement.
Allmize AI subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, in advance.
Allmize Solution fees are billed according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the service contract.
We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service if payment is not received by the due date.

5. Refund Policy
Allmize AI (SaaS)
Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and the Service has not been used.
No refund after 7 days or if the Service has been accessed.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months, provided the Service has not been used.
Allmize Solution (Consulting)
Full refund of amounts paid beyond the initial deposit, if requested before work has commenced.
Partial refund based on work completed, if requested after work has commenced.
No refund once the project has been delivered.
To request a refund, please contact us at ceo@allmize.com. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Allmize Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Allmize Inc.
Content generated by you through the Service (including AI-generated outputs based on your inputs) remains your property. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such data solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years.
We will not use your data — including advertising account data, business information, or operational data — for any purpose other than providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Allmize Inc. does not warrant that:
The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
AI-generated content, analysis, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations
All final business decisions made based on the Service's outputs are the sole responsibility of the user.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allmize Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
In no event shall Allmize Inc.'s total liability to you exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Allmize Inc. in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
Allmize Inc. is not responsible for any disruptions, data loss, or limitations arising from changes to third-party platforms integrated with the Service (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Naver, and Kakao).

10. Termination
By you: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by contacting us at ceo@allmize.com or through the service cancellation process.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:
Breach any provision of these Terms
Fail to pay applicable fees within 30 days of the due date
Engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Service or other users
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Allmize Inc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the Terms and Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
